Calling for solidarity with Burma

Rotterdam, 12 October. Interviewed during the Worldconnectors meeting on coherence, Rabbi Awraham Soetendorp shared the main elements of a statement on Burma he has written to other religious leader.

He reminds us that we are bound together with the monks in Burma, and when they are in danger and deprived of their freedom, we are also in danger. He appeals for everyone to connect daily with what is happening in Burma, and draws attenion to the solidarity meeting in Amsterdam on 12 October.
